Varför Inte

In 2019, I joined the Stockholm-based italian theatre group Varför Inte (“Why Not”). Over the years, I helped out behind the scenes with sound and lighting, creating online content, and enjoyed taking part in theatre exercises with the actors.

In spring 2025, I finally decided to step on stage myself, making my debut in Bedroom Farce. Watch the full play here.

Flow & Glow

Flow & Glow is a mirror-free, judgment-free dance experience that blends empowerment, self-expression, and community. Founded in Stockholm, this concept offers more than just a fitness routine—it’s an inviting space to reconnect with your body, your energy, and your authentic smile.

In 2024 I became Certified Glower and Choreographer, and I teach Flow & Glow at HYPR Sthm, focusing on Push Your Flow, designed for dancers who want more energy, challenge, and creative freedom than the standard workout.

Every course I bring new choreographies, and the Flowers aren’t just following along, they are dancing from the source.
